The objective was to develop a more mature shared service delivery mechanism that ensures faster speed to market, enables broader use of a remote and junior workforce, and enhances the service offering related to interface development and claims processing. This application will provide a bird eye view for the senior managers, a focused view for the operational managers and a transparent feedback process for the team members, encouraging and motivating them to enhance their productivity.

As the UX Designer, I had to create 78 pages clickable wireframe for the client so that client and upper management can have exact idea about the flow of this mechanism or portal. I relished the chance to design a fresh take on their guidelines on a tight timeline while working on other projects simultaneously. I worked with the Business Analyst and Project Manager to normalize the number of unique page types.
